What industries do you work with?
Any. Naitive is deliberately cross-industry right now — we're building pattern recognition across sectors before specialising. In practice we've talked to legal, healthcare, accounting, HR, operations, real estate, and founder-led teams. If your team has a workflow that feels manual, we can probably help.
Do you build systems for us, or teach us to build them?
Both, depending on what you need. Some teams want a done-for-you build — we deliver a working system in 2–4 weeks. Others want hands-on training so their team can build and maintain its own automations. Most engagements blend both: we build the first one with you, then hand over.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A discovery call is 30 minutes. A workflow audit is half a day, with a prioritised report back within the week. A custom build is 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Training sessions are typically 3–6 weeks of weekly group sessions.
What tools do you use?
We're tool-agnostic. In most engagements we work with Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and the AI features already inside your existing stack (Notion, Linear, Zapier, n8n, your CRM). We recommend what fits the workflow — not whatever is trendy.
What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. Pricing for audits, training, and builds is scoped to the engagement — usually anywhere from a few hundred to mid five-figures. We'll quote after the discovery call when we understand the scope.
Do I need technical staff on my team?
No. The whole point of Naitive is to make AI accessible to non-technical teams. If your team has accountants, lawyers, recruiters, or operators — anyone who does knowledge work — they can use what we build and teach.
